Cancellation Policy: TotalGiftX, operating under the trusted name of Total Events, please carefully review the following guidelines for cancellations, considering the time slots selected by the user on the www.totalgiftx.com website during the checkout process.
Cancellation Policy Please note that orders are processed within specific time slots, and cancellation requests are accepted based on the time slot selected by the customer during the order placement. Refer to the conditions outlined below:
If the cancellation request reaches TotalGiftX more than 24 hours before the start of the selected time slot:
- 10% of the order value is charged as cancellation fees.
- 90% refund is issued to the Bank Account.
- Note: Customers can request a 100% refund in the TotalGiftX wallet, and cancellation charges will be waived.
If the cancellation request reaches TotalGiftX between 12 – 24 hours before the start of the selected time slot:
- 20% of the order value is deducted as cancellation charges.
- 80% refund is issued to the Bank Account.
- Note: Customers can request a 100% refund in the TotalGiftX wallet, and cancellation charges will be waived.
If the cancellation request reaches TotalGiftX within 12 hours of the start of the selected time slot:
- 100% of the order value is deducted as cancellation charges.
- 0% refund is applicable to the Bank Account or TotalGiftX wallet.
In any of the above cases, Wallet refunds and Bank refunds can be initiated at the discretion of the company, considering reasons for cancellation such as unfortunate events, calamities, or unavoidable circumstances. Customers cannot claim a refund to override the stated clause.
No cancellation requests are accepted for orders in the following categories:
- Same day delivery category: No cancellation requests are accepted if the order placement date and delivery date are the same.
- Same day mid-night delivery orders cannot be canceled.
- Special day orders cannot be canceled, and no refund is initiated for them.
Same Day Orders:
We allow users to select the same date for delivery as the order placement date, attempting same-day delivery but not guaranteeing it.
TotalGiftX processes same-day delivery orders within 24 hours of the requested date and time slot.
TotalGiftX accepts same-day orders for day and evening time slots until 5 pm.
Same-day mid-night (00:00) delivery orders are accepted until 7:00 pm.
Orders placed for courier products cannot be canceled after acknowledgment at our end. The delivery date selected for courier products is tentative, depending on logistics/courier partners. Usually, courier products are dispatched within 2 days of placing the order, with potential delays based on the nature of the product and its preparation.
