Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer:

For the delivery of ordered items to Wedding Ceremonies/Marriage Halls, we cannot guarantee delivery directly to the bride or groom. However, we will ensure that the delivery is made to a
responsible member of the host.

Delivery to Hostels Our delivery
experts at TOTALGIFTX are skilled in delivering to hostels/PG/cantonment/enclosed premises. Please provide the following details:

  • Hostel name
  • Complete address of the hostel
  • Recipient’s telephone number and hostel contact number
  • Recipient’s name
  • Room number of the recipient

The recipient must either come to the premises’ gate to collect the delivery or send a representative after coordinating with our delivery personnel. The order may be handed over to security or another responsible person, or it will be left at the reception, and the order will be considered as fulfilled.

Delivery to Railway Stations, Metro Stations, and Airports:

We do not facilitate deliveries to railway stations, metro stations, and airports.

Valentine’s & New Year Day Disclaimer:

The prices displayed may undergo changes without prior notice due to the high demand during the Valentine’s & New Year rush. To benefit from attractive rates, we recommend pre-booking your orders. To ensure efficient service, kindly furnish the accurate address and contact details (phone number and email address) of the recipient.

Rest assured that your order will be delivered within this time frame. Additionally, be aware that Occasions orders may be delivered 2 – 3 days in advance.

Occassional Midnight Delivery Service:

For Midnight Delivery, the delivery time slot is scheduled between 11 PM to 11:59 PM.
