SHIPPING

We offer different delivery modes: Hand delivery: Orders are delivered by our store partner. Courier: Orders are dispatched by us and delivered through registered courier partners. Delhi-NCR Courier delivery: We aim to deliver courier orders from Delhi/NCR on the same day.

Yes, we provide delivery services in over 4600 cities within India and to more than 70 countries. You can check the serviceability of an item by entering the pincode on the product page that you wish to gift.

For hand deliveries, we operate between 8 am – 10 pm, unless you opt for a Midnight or Fixed time delivery with an additional charge. Courier products are delivered between 9 am – 9 pm through our selected courier partners. Information about courier products is available on the product page.

Certainly! We understand the significance of celebrating on the eve of an occasion. We offer Midnight delivery for a nominal charge, and if you choose this option, the gift will reach the recipient anytime between 11 pm to 11.59 pm.

No extra charges apply for the free delivery slot. However, delivery charges are applicable for same-day Standard, Fixed time, and Midnight hand delivery. Nominal delivery charges also apply to international orders.

Please check your My Account section carefully as there may be multiple sub-orders. The remaining items will be delivered within the specified timeframe.

If the date of delivery has lapsed, and your order is not delivered, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Payments

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, internet banking, and wallets.

No, we do not provide COD as the sender and recipient of the gift are usually different.

If your account is debited but the order is not confirmed, an auto refund is issued in 24-48 working hours. You can also contact our customer support team for assistance.

Discount codes must be applied during checkout in the ‘Order Summary’ section and cannot be applied after payment.

A convenience fee is a nominal additional cost added to the final payable amount of a transaction.

In rare cases for international shipments or inter-state deliveries outside India, recipients may need to pay custom duty fees or octroi charges. If levied, we will refund these charges based on the provided custom duty receipt.

Order & Return

For delivery within India, contact our customer support team to coordinate with the store or courier partner. For international orders, modification or cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the delivery date.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment mode used during the order placement, following standard banking timelines. For more please check the refund policy

Yes, we offer a variety of personalized gift items. If you need specific customization, chat with us, and our gifting expert will assist you.

You can track your order status by visiting the My Orders section and selecting the relevant order. What does each order status mean? Payment received: Your payment has been received, and your order is ready for execution. Payment declined: The payment for your order has failed. Order confirmed: Your order is confirmed and will be delivered as per your chosen date and time slot.

No returns are allowed, but if the product is damaged/defective/wrong, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Options include re-delivery, a refund in the form of a gift certificate, or a refund to the original payment mode.

Refunds are not offered in certain cases, including incorrect delivery addresses, recipient unavailability, and cancellation/modification requests within 24 hours for domestic orders or within 48 hours for international orders before the delivery date.

Online refunds are credited directly to the original payment mode. The timeline varies depending on the bank’s policy, ranging from instant refund to 7-10 working days.

My Account is a free service allowing you to recall personal information and store recipient details and order history for faster future orders.

Yes, you can remove a product from your Cart by clicking on ‘Manage Your Cart’ and selecting ‘Remove’ next to the item you wish to remove.
