We regret to inform you that returns are not permitted. However, if the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by an image of the item received. Our team will contact you for additional product details if necessary.

You have the option to:

  • Request a re-delivery of the product.
  • Choose a refund in the form of a gift certificate (processed within 24 hours).
  • Opt for a refund in the original mode of payment (amount credited to your account within 7-10 working days, following standard banking timelines).

Please note that refunds are not available in the following scenarios:

  • Delivery of perishable items (Flowers, Plants, Cakes, Sweets) to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
  • The recipient is not present at the provided delivery address or refuses to accept the delivery.
  • Quality concerns resulting from improper handling of the product.

Additional Information: Complaints must be lodged within 48 hours of delivery; after this period, we cannot register any complaints. Complaints regarding non-delivery must be submitted within 15 days from the date of delivery. For quality assurance, a reverse pick-up may be required before redelivery. Product exchanges are not accepted. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order, we will promptly inform you and reimburse your payment for the undelivered part. Online refunds processed by TotalGiftX, operating under the trusted name of Total Events, will take 10 to 15 business days to reflect in your account, following confirmation through email or phone call to the customer.
