• Full Refund for 24-Hour Notice: If a cancellation is made 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time, a full refund will be issued promptly.
• 50% Refund for 6-24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made between 24 and 6 hours before the scheduled delivery time will receive a 50% refund.
• No Refund for Less Than 6 Hours Notice: Regrettably, cancellations made less than 6 hours before the delivery time will not be eligible for a refund. We appreciate your understanding.

Delivery Information:

Care Instructions:

• Ensure balloons are kept out of reach of children, as uninflated or broken balloons may pose a choking hazard.
• Our balloons will be affixed using cello tape, as we avoid helium due to its potential asphyxiation risks.
• Prepare a stool for reaching the ceiling during the balloon installation.
• After the event, promptly remove the cello tape. If the tape is causing damage to the wall, employ a hair dryer to apply hot air, preventing any harm.
