Cancellation Policy:

• Full refund for cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
• 50% refund for cancellations made between 24 and 6 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Care Instructions:

• Ensure that uninflated or broken balloons are kept away from children to avoid any choking hazards.
• Please be aware that we do not use helium for hanging the balloons due to its asphyxiation properties. Instead, cello tape will be used for securing the balloons.
• A stool will be required to reach the ceiling during the balloon installation process.
• After the event concludes, promptly remove the cello tape. If the tape has caused any damage to the wall, use a hair dryer to apply hot air to the tape, preventing any further damage. Your safety and the preservation of your surroundings are our top priorities.
