• Please note that courier products are delivered separately from hand-delivered items.
• No deliveries occur on Sundays and National Holidays.
• Our courier partners usually don’t make prior calls, so ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the package.
• Redirecting the delivery to another address is not an option.

• Avoid letting the plant stand in excess water.
• Minimize excessive wetting of plant leaves.
• A gentle water spray can be beneficial, especially for flowering plants.
• Maintain a cool environment for the plant, ideally between 18-28°C.
